If you have lost access to the number too
This is where it gets slower, but it is not hopeless. Contact support with your account ID, full name, date of birth, approximate registration date and a photo of your ID. Expect it to take a day or two — they are deliberately careful here, and you would want them to be if someone else were trying it on your account.
Other sign-in problems
- "Incorrect password" but you are sure it is right — check caps lock and the keyboard language. Then try recovery; it costs two minutes.
- Account blocked — usually multiple failed attempts (wait 30 minutes) or a compliance hold (contact support).
- Login loops back to the form — clear the browser cache, or force-close and reopen the app.
- SMS code never arrives — network delays are common at peak hours. Wait a full minute, then resend. Switch to email if it keeps failing.
Verification (KYC) — do it early

Why documents get rejected
Nearly always something mundane: a corner cropped off, flash glare across the ID number, an expired document, a photo of a photocopy rather than the original, or a name that does not match the account. Natural daylight, flat surface, no flash, all four corners in frame. That fixes most of it.
Keeping the account secure
- A unique password. Not the one from your email or social accounts.
- Two-factor authentication if your account settings offer it.
- Never share your login. Support will never ask for your password — anyone who does is not support.
- One account per person. Duplicates get frozen, and balances on them are usually forfeit.
- Log out on shared devices. Obvious, routinely ignored.
